"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. "The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. "We really enjoyed our stay at Lina’s apartment. She is such a kind and generous host and went out of her way to make our stay so lovely. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has stunning views of Lake Como. Lina spent lots of time providing suggestions of things to do and how to get there. "Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. "We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."

"A fantastic setting with views to spoil you forever. Clean and tidy house, however we encountered some issues. A shower had been removed from the top bathroom, which we were not informed about, making our stay difficult as we were two adult couples and all had to share a shower downstairs. The bathroom and second bedroom upstairs have limited head height and you will bump your head. The second bedroom is really only for children!! The bedroom doors are glazed with clear glass, we had to sticky...

"Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen.
