"Old-school elevator takes a long time to arrive; not ideal if in a hurry, which means carrying luggage up or down flights of stairs. Check-out process was long and tedious because of a discrepancy in the price showing up in the hotel's system; the manager worked to honor the price shown on the invoice I received at the time of booking which was lower than what I was being charged at the time of check-out."
