"First, this is NOT a hotel. These are two rooms in a stand alone building on the beach. The upper floor over the rooms are a gutted building, full of junk and pigeons. The doors on the room do not close properly and have a gap of about an inch. So, we woke up in the morning full of mosquito bites - not cool. There was no hot water. "This boutique hotel has a great infinity pool with a view over the ocean. It has a great roof top terrace as well. The staff was friendly. The bar/restaurant was great for a drink at night and breakfast in the morning. Walkable to restaurants, the mall and other stores. The room was small but comfortable. Plenty outside to do so great for sleeping. There is a dedicated hot water heater per room so you always have hot water (which is sometimes a problem in the area). "
