"The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again."

"Our hostess Virginia greeted us with a warm smile and gave us a tour of her absolutely beautiful apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice!! So modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean!!! The decor was amazing! We loved the not one BUT two patios! So private and inviting. Virginia checked in with us a couple of times and it was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Monterenzio/Bologna! Thank you Virginia❤️"

"We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us...
