The property was quite nice. We stayed for a week with our two teenagers. Food is what you would typically expect from an all inclusive, so not bad and not great, just ok. We had a cabana all week that was one of the three right by the pools and up agains the beach wall, the spot was amazingly relaxing. The best part was having a butler all week! I have to say that Rueon went out of his way to make sure our vacation was great. He always came to get us lunch at the cabana, booked all of our evening dinners, and made several recommendations from our requests. Rueon was genuinely interested in making sure we were have a great time! Rooms were typical Hilton but nice and clean and the housekeeping staff were awesome and very nice. The lazy river at the water park was great each day for cooling off and relaxing.

This is my second time there first time I would give 5 stars but this time seems like they let the whole world enter the hotel during the wknd like some arrangement for local. There was no food and no plates we had to wait for long time until they replace things. At the pool no tubes cause they were holding in them for no reason all day and where super loud. Also my father slipped and the nurse wasn’t kind and we still until today didn’t get our official medical report. We loved it there before but after this tile I am not sure if I will be back

I liked everything except Transportation. I couldnt enjoy 10/23/24 and 10/24/24. I was texting calling about my transportation . i didnot get a reply until evening they agreed to pickup 10.30 am . They didnt showup until 11.30. You people didnt give a direction to them. Finally we took a taxi 11.30 to reach airport. Gave me lot of hard time. why this happened? Liked- food options were good and the omelette station was outstanding. Fruit station was great. Room service was great. Food arrived hot Dislikes-staff allowed guests to stretch out on the lobby furniture and take naps like they were home in their personal space. It looked bad 2 days in a row. Keep order and do not be afraid to respectfully correct guest behavior.

Great location. Close to airport. All inclusive so don’t have to worry about much. Check-in process wasn’t too bad but could have been better if more than one person was available at the desk. It took a long time for anyone to answer the phone at guest services. It rang for 5 minutes before someone picked up. That was frustrating but eventually I was able to speak with someone. Food was pretty good. The massage at the spa was incredible. I booked my own excursions but if needed they have a tours desk for assistance. I hope they get the glitch fixed in the system that allows the guests to make reservations for lunch and dinner. It kept saying that I had reached my limit for making reservations for the day when I hadn’t made any at all. It also seemed like the reservations were booked fairly fast. Our only option was the buffet but it was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming so despite a few hiccups it was a great stay.

We traveled from Canada for my 40th. It was a beautiful place.... overall we enjoyed. On the bad side those playa collection people wasted our time as we had other things to do and seems to be putting pressure on you to apply. The hotel was ok

We just got back from the Hilton Rose Hall yesterday. The service was good most times, food was decent, jerk hut and beef patties were the best options but both are hot commodities and you need do wait a little while for it. The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated. Although we asked for an upgrade several months in advance for our wedding anniversary we still received a resort view that overlooks a lower roof that looks broken and construction workers were usually on. Not their fault but it certainly wasn’t a pleasing view. Making dinner reservations were difficult via the QR code and the people who can assist to make them in-person were almost never at their desk. We were were persuaded to join a 1 hour playa club presentation which was fine at first until they got a little pushy and although kept promising it would just take 1 hour it certainly was 2 hours because of an initial 45 min intro that they failed to disclose and felt like a waste of time. They should’ve been more upfront about this since we had our 2 year old with us. And, on the final day we were told a bell hop would come up to assist with our luggage and 30 min later no one showed up and they stopped picking up. All in all it was a good time and we made the best of it but we’ve stayed at better and likely would not return unless they revamp the entire hotel. The youngins who are entertaining have talent!

Just got back from our 4-night vacation. Overall, it was great. We travelled with our 2-year-old and felt safe and comfortable the entire time. There was a lot to do, see and eat!! The amenities (I.e pool, lazy river, etc.), activities/entertainment and food were amazing and definitely deserve a 5-star review. Unfortunately the rooms (and bathrooms) are dated and could really use a modern upgrade to meet the Hilton name. Kind of felt like we were back in the 90s/00s.
