I was disappointed in the room service for 3 people. We should have had 3 chairs on the balcony, 3 coffee cups, and at least 3 of of everything. Staff were great and very helpful. The entertainment was wonderful.

My room wasn't available as promised and caused me to lose money for my excursion. I wasn't compensated and the staff acted as if it wasn't important. I've stayed at some of your other properties in other countries and had great experiences. I will not stay at this location again because of management. Abigal was not accommodating and she had no empathy. After telling me twice my room wasn't ready. One of the liquor bottle fell of the wall after just touching it. It had been glued. Which is very dangerous. I don't even drink I was taking a picture. This is unexceptable at the price I paid to stay there.

The one thing that you could change are the wrist bands. You need to allow the band to be worn on the ankle or wrist. Most women wear multiple bracelets on their wrists along with a watch.

The overall stay was nice as well as clean. My only issue was with check in. We traveled as a group of 10 with saying two people per room. Everyone was able to get checked in and to their rooms. Meanwhile my room in the building with the rest of my party was still not ready after an hour. The front desk moved the room to the back of the resort it seems like. Our view was to be a garden or ocean view, but this view was facing nothing but trees from the balcony. I proceeded to head back to the front desk (remind you, I have on a sweatsuit traveling from the east coast) to inform that I was displeased with the room. Again, the room was moved and this time the view was better. Even though we weren’t in the same building as the rest of the party I was the next building over. So overall 7/10. They need upgraded liquor options.

The property was okay at best. The overwhelming majority of the staff was unfriendly, unpleasant, and/or downright rude. One of the entertainment people bullied guests into participating in activities and then demanded tips. She went so far as to take money from a guest by force! Some of the bartenders talk poorly about guests right infront of them in their native language. Housekeeping was great. Food is average/below average. Drinks are intolerable. No name brand alcohol, just no name turpentine! And they don't let you bring floaties into the pool. Location was decent - shops/food across the highway. Night entertainment staff was fun. Overall I'd not come back to this resort or recommend it to anyone.

Food and service was great. Rooms smelt musty, beds were hard, and not sound proof. Could hear everything outside of the room, making for a tough sleep. Staff were friendly and the grounds were kept very clean. Would visit again, but would request a room not on ground floor.

Horrible this place treat me & my husband as if we were not human. I wish i could give it a 0 stars. Food Horrible, it was my husband 52 birthday & he could have died & no one care until i ran to the lobby crying & screening for hep. I dont think i would return to jamaica because of this.
