"I was initially given room on 3rd floor the room was very small later on I was shifted to 4th floor on fist stay and then to 5th floor on second stay, I observed the higher you go better room and interior. One thing I liked most was hot spring pool outdoor one. Even if it was winter you can still go in pool and don’t realize that it is winter. Breakfast was decent.Rrception staff was quite helpful. The location is very close to train station. "

"I booked a single room for only one night to take a weekend off after working nonstop for quite a while. I have to say the thermal water does help a lot to relief my pain my muscles. The pool facilities are just fantastic, staff are very friendly and the food is nice and fairly priced. The only drawback is the sink of the bathroom of the room seems to smell a bit, and I recommend the hotel management to get some work done to resolve it. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and will return...
