The 7 bedrooms were perfect for us. 6 had AC, and there were 3 full baths. 2 on the first floor where only one bedroom was located, so it was nice to have 3 showers. "This is a very nice rental and Andy is very communicative. The rental is very well-appointed and within walking distance of everything you want to see, although it's a steep uphill walk. (Ronda being on top of a hill, I suspect that most, if not, all rentals are this way.) We had two hiccups. Something was going on with the shower where we could barely get hot water, even though the tap would run hot.
