The villa is very convenient to simultaneously accommodate a group of 11people who can carry out different activities: eating, watching television, having a coup of tea. The night, hovever, requires privacy and is better then the group is split into two. The annexe fulfills this need: it has square measures contained but can sleep up to 5 tenants, and it's fitted with every comfort: a bathroom for the disabled too, with shower and bidet, a fully-equipped kitchen with medium sized refrigerator, freezer and professional ICE MAKER (26lb -12kg ice a day!)
Inside there is a bedroom 'ONLY DOUBLE' 11.5x7.2 ft (3.40x2.2m), with a double bed, and another bedroom, TV. 'HIGH'10.5x9.8 ft (3.20x3m), high16 ft (5m), with a double bed and a cot, TV. The annexe was built recently according to the most stepped technological systems in order to thermal and acoustic insulation. Here there is aircon and a manifacturer of hot air in all rooms. The celing height of up to 20 ft (6m) makes healthy interiors. Externally there is a staircase with three steps and a ramp for people with disabilities. Each bedroom has air conditioned and a ceiling fan are for changing the sheets, bathrobes there is a professional pizza oven, infinity swimming pool 15 ft (4.5m) largex40 ft (12m) long 5 ft (1.5m) deep min-8 ft (2,4m) deep max, hidromassage pool, small rubber pool for very young children, porch of 530 sq. Nearby there are a gas and a wood barbecue, and plenty tables for to eat outdoors, a gazebo with a living room for smoking or having a drink. Various kid's games create happiness while the hammoc allows parents to relax and to control. Surrounding the pool there are tools for gymnastic, deck chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. The owners are readily available for any problem, 24 h-a day with intervention within 20 minutes. Everything is restricted to guest of the villa because people need to be a single group of friends or relatives. Belove it there are: a gas barbecue, tables to eat together. Next to it there is a gazebo with a living room for smoking or for rocking chair.
