"I honestly feel lucky that I booked this hotel in Tuscany! We stayed there couple days. The environment and vibe is amazing. I’m kind of picky with hotels but Precise is awesome! It’s clean, quiet, safe, and with music, campfire, many pools-even one heated, spa, free parking. Everyone working there are super nice. btw，love the breakfast and dinner. We had unforgettable time in Tuscany with one of the main reason, staying in Precise. I definitely will rebook when I’m back to Tuscany."

"This property is the hidden gem of the Tuscany region and is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. Our room was large enough for 3 adults (loft area with a single bed) and the view from the suite was spectacular. Breakfast was also fantastic (not included but worth the 10 euro per person). This is a family run small hotel with great staff and service. 5 star review!"

"Very comfortable apartment with most comfy beds and pillows on our trip. The view was beautiful but what would’ve made it even better would be to trim the hedge to be able to sit and see it. No privacy would’ve been lost. Changing the outdoor table to wood rather than the white plastic would’ve suited the aesthetic more. They have done a lovely job with the walkway between the apartments. The pool and view was lovely. However, many of the sun beds needed to be replaced. The owner had a lunch by...
