Everything was super clean and easy to check in. The area is decent and I felt safe. I parked my car outside the hotel & was not worried about it at all. Only problem we had was our room door not opening on our 2nd night but other than that everything was good.

Near a lot of things, comfortable, they have a machine with unlimited coffee and hot chocolate during the morning. They don’t have employees for the check in, it’s someone tru video and they do NOT store your luggage. Also, as a female solo traveler i would not recommend going to LA and staying in this area, its VERY unsafe full of homeless and other type of people

This place is a little secret! The staff is phenomenal from the front desk to the grounds! Mr Alex in maintenance is one very cool person. The next time we’re in town there’s no doubt that we will be staying at Hotel Maya
