"This hotel is very convenient to the La Spezia train station at around 100 yards from the exit. If you are using La Spezia Sa hub to visit Cinque Terra and Pisa this hotel is perfectly located. You can walk too many restaurants but don’t have to lug your bags deep into the city upon arrival. We had a room with a king bed on the ground floor but it wasn’t noisy at all. The property has invested in very good windows to keep nose way down. Our room was very modern and clean and quite spacious. I’ve read about other negative experiences at this property with the older rooms but we didn’t have that experience at all. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is also quite good if you don’t feel like walking deeper into La Spezia for dinner. "

"Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful. "

"We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. There is a car park just across the street that you can leave your car in for as many days as you need without having to move it or pay each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was efficient and our room was superb. We reserved a double room with a balcony, so it was a lovely way to spend the late afternoon with a glass of wine and good book after spending the day at the beach and before dinner. The beach is just a short 2 min walk and the old town is a 10 min stroll. "

"Hotel Porto Roca is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are brand new - super clean, modern, wonderful bathroom. Our room was a 2 room suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea - absolutely stunning views. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a large selections. Hotel offers transportation to and from main part of town - a very short walk but with luggage transportation is was very beneficial. Highly highly recommend this hotel . "
