I felt very safe and comfortable and area outside the hotel was very secured and felt comfortable walking around and everything was in close proximity. I didn't like that the main elevator was always out of service and had to use the service elevator.

“The hotel is very well located — I went to a festival. The breakfast was very good, but the rooms do need some upgrades. They were only partially clean, like they need a deep cleaning, and the internet never worked.”

Lobby always occupied by persons not registered in the hotel. The elevator was not working, and you have to use the stairs with your luggage. The staff was not friendly. I will not be coming back.

El personal de recepción súper amables y serviciales El inconveniente fue a la hora de usar el elevador. Solo estaba en funcionamiento uno Me tocó un día bajar caminando desde el piso 16, el segundo día subí caminando hasta el piso 16 el tercer día esperé una hora el elevador y finalmente tuve que bajar por las escaleras No está preparado para atender tanta demanda de huéspedes
