Villa Dianella is a modern villa immersed in the green and tranquillity of the Marche countryside in the municipality of Monterubbano, in the province of Fermo. Monterubbiano is among the borghi in the Marche awarded the Orange Flag, that is, those inland municipalities that stand out for the excellence and quality of their hospitality. An old farmhouse, it has been skilfully renovated with natural and eco-sustainable materials where comfort and elegance enhance its qualities. The renovation, begun by the current owners in 2014, was completed in 2018. Particular attention was given to the recovery of certain materials and pieces of furniture that meet the current eco-sustainable requirements and that give the house that natural and very elegant style that characterises it. The antique 17th-century terracotta in the kitchen that alternates with the parquet in the sleeping area, the original wooden tiles and beams, the corten window frames with shatterproof glass, the lime walls finished with sponged paint, are just some of the eco-sustainable aspects that characterise the villa. The ground floor features the large kitchen with big windows and French windows that put it in constant communication with the outdoor area. This is the heart of the house where you can dabble in the kitchen or simply enjoy being with your family or group of friends, while admiring the beautiful panorama that stretches from the sea to the Sibillini mountains, with the hills in the distance dominated by the beautiful small villages of the Marche region. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms make the villa ideal for families or for small groups of friends. Villa Dianella is perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation and tranquillity but also for art and history lovers as it is just a few kilometres from some of the most beautiful borghi in Italy, for mountain lovers, given its proximity to the Monti Sibillini National Park and, finally, for sea lovers, with the beaches of the Adriatic Sea just 16 km away. Two kilometres from the villa is the borgo of Monterubbiano with shops and basic services.

The villa has two floors. The main entrance leads to the entrance hall with sofa and fireplace and from here to a dining room with round table and the large kitchen with pantry and direct access to the outside. The dining room leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The staircase to the left of the main entrance leads up to the first-floor sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a living area with a sofa and two armchair beds, thus providing two additional single beds.. This living area has an independent entrance from an external staircase that leads down to the garden and parking area. Air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedrooms on the first floor.
Park:
A level garden surrounds the house for about 2000 sq m and is part of an unfenced property of ten hectares, of which approximately four are woodland. This semi-hilly stretch of countryside is characterised by oaks, field maples, elms, laurels, one of which is monumental, about 150 olive trees of various ages and size, mimosas, yews, cypresses, walnut and wild cherry trees, Aleppo pines and acacias, fruit trees, apple, pear, fig and plum trees, rowans, almond, strawberry and willow trees. The garden is surrounded by hedges of laurel, teucrium, rosemary, helichrysum, lavender and santolina, by borders of thyme, photinia, nandina, plumbago, loropetalum and gaura and adorned with roses, broom, vines, Virginia creeper, jasmine, yellow daisies, hydrangeas, periwinkles, acanthus and other flowering plants. Just outside the kitchen is the wood-burning oven and a technical/storage room housing the washing machine. Here a gazebo covered with Virginia creeper is the ideal place for outdoor dining while the beautiful brick and wood pergola in front of the swimming pool is furnished with sofas where guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful panorama. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular swimming pool, in a panoramic position, measures 16 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m. Accessed by Roman steps, it is lined in dark grey PVC and has a chlorine purification system. The solarium is partly paved in golden travertine (about 16 sq m) and the rest extends into the vast adjoining lawn which is accessed by a small iron gate, thus delimiting the pool area.
