"The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out. "

"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. "Our three year old granddaughter thought it was her castle and that she was a princess. Michele and Elisabetta remain exquisite hosts and the neighbors are very welcoming. Rental cars and train system allowed us to visit neighboring cites. Overall, a wonderful vacation!!!!"

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
