This bright and airy home boasts spacious common areas with spectacular west-facing mountain range views on both levels, top-of-the line amenities and heated polished concrete floors throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The main floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen space with a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes a gas stove and a 12-foot quartz-topped island with plenty of space for preparing meals and entertaining. Striking over-sized windows bring the outdoors in and folding patio doors lead to an outdoor living room with its own wood stove, from which you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and stargazing. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. The powder room and vestibule are also found on this level. A small deck off the kitchen provides access to the backyard lawn, pond and hot tub as well as the front yard and woodshed.

The lower level features a den with wood-fired stove, large television, and walkout access to a generous-sized two-level deck including fire pit for roasting hot dogs and s'mores. Three additional bedrooms are found on this floor: one features a double bed while the other two are adjoining and include two twin beds each with 3 trundle beds for additional sleeping capacity. A full bathroom and laundry room round out this floor.

Jay Peak is a year-round ski & golf resort, which also features an arena and water park. There are facilities for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and fat biking. Numerous other outdoor trails can be found in the area (Catamount trail, Long trail, Vermont rail trails etc). Quaint Montgomery Center features cafés, shops, restaurants and a grocery store and the area is famous for its many covered bridges, and swimming holes.
