The Terrace House, country living.

The house is located in the quiet town of Montgomery Creek close to the Burney Falls, Pit river, Hat creek, Lassen Volcanic National park, and many more beautiful areas for you to enjoy. The house is fully furnished and has a deck for entertainment. There are 2 more homes on the property, one of those we live ourselves so we are always available when something is needed. There are apple orchards, a vineyard, wooded areas, a pond, meadows and hiking trails on our 200 acre ranch. We bought the property in 2018 and are working on restoring buildings, the apple orchards and vineyard. The Terrace house has 2 queen beds, 3 twin beds and a full size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning stove and propane wall heater. 2 bathrooms, dining room, washer and dryer. There is a beautiful deck where you can enjoy the view and barbeque. We have a game room / gym in a separate building that you can use. There are 2 1 mile long hiking trails on the property, the Loop trail and the Shasta View trail.
The house is perfect for short or longer stays in case you are working in the area. We have a 220 volt, 50 amp charging station available for $15 per charge.
