Relax and enjoy lake life at this peaceful and well kept condo. The community pool is within 50 feet of the front door or walk down to the lake bank and sit under a tree and fish (fishing poles provided). Literally across the street from an amazing park with a field and one block from the Safe Harbor Marina where you can rent pontoons, tritoons or catch the sunset party barge cruise. Close to Walden's Yacht Club & Breakwater Grill with live weekend music and events. Access to all amenities in Walden including pool, racquetball, tennis, gym and hike and bike trails. Two marinas inside Walden and docking available at the condo bulkhead.

Awesome place near Lake Conroe
Stayed 3 nights for my sons wedding. The place was very clean and comfortable. Laurie has plenty of kitchen items for breakfast, salt pepper, butter, flour, coffee sugar, ketchup etc. plenty of fishing gear too but we didn’t get a chance to fish. Loved it, Thanks Laurie

Ugh! Upstairs neighbors.
There was not one thing wrong with the property and the location was wonderful. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbors/renters consisted of several adults and over five little children less than seven or eight years old. I counted five, but I think there were more. The constant running and jumping and pounding was over the top. They had a black lab/service dog, which was left in the heat on the upstairs balcony to cry and whine during the heat of the day. I offered to have the dog come down and stay with us. They were very agitated with me for offering. The noise continued Throughout the day and into the wee hours of the morning, so we left after the fireworks which put a damper on our plans for today. Ps. We have several grandchildren and love kids. There were just too many people for this small space.
