Loved the property!
We enjoyed staying, the gated community. There was very nice. We walked a lot around there. There was golf for people who wanted to golf. Also we ate at the clubhouse they had coffee in the morning. We had a coffee pot in our unit, but no coffee the first morning, so walked over to the clubhouse and she gave us coffee for free. We also ate dinner in the country club restaurant. It was excellent I would highly recommend it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I cannot not even put into words, but I'll try, how happy my family was w this property. We, family of 5, spent many weeks on and off throughout the summer into winter. We felt right at home here, but also felt very on vacation, and believe me, stayed in a lot of crappy places that were supposed to be "Vacation Like" HA! From sunrise to sunset, and those are some of the most breathtaking I have ever seen. Whether you have kids or none, us 3, plenty to keep them busy. If your into Golf, beautifully manicured course(S) and clubhouse, Tennis, 16 courts, indoor and out. Tennis or pickle ball? You can do both here. Work out? Swim? Or just hit some golf balls into the water?nothing? Of course you can just relax and chill. It's here. Stay here and you are part of this, very safe, gate guarded, security patrolled 24/7, community. The staff is just the best!! From the Manager to the maint. guys. All I can say, book here now!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! Future(longtime) loyal customer of Sweet Water @ Lake Conroe

A true hidden gem.
Everything was delightful! The location was peaceful and picturesque overlooking Conroe Lake and the Country Club at Sweetwater. The staff was welcoming and so was the restaurant on site. Everything went splendid and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice condo, large enough for our needs. My only disappointment was that we were not right on the water as the pictures indicate. When I booked, I thought I was getting the condo that was showing. That was not the case. Also, we were placed on the third floor--no elevators so I was glad that I didn't have an elderly person with me, otherwise, we would have had to cancel. No where does it indicate that we could be on a third floor with only stairs.
