"Overall the hotel was good. However, you have no other choice to park valet. The valet staff doesn’t know how or what to do when it comes to valet parking. We had to wait multiple days at least 20 minutes or more to park our vehicle. The lane was out into the street park valet. There is construction going on at the hotel or next to it and the noise with the work trucks start at 5am. If you get a river view, you might get a chance to see the fighter jets fly over the river. "

"Beautiful building inside and out! Upon arrival, they had a little gift for our pup. Free parking lot attached to the building, complimentary (delicious) drinks at the adjacent bar. The HVAC in the room is extremely loud. The temperature was comfortable enough so we turned it off at night. Because of the wood floors you hear a bit of ppl above you walking around but it wasn't bothersome. We'd definitely stay again."

"GREAT location , Castle at the front desk for check in was amazingly friendly and courteous! The continental breakfast was good coffee was nice and hot. The only downside was one of the beds in the room seem to have broken springs on one side, but I reported it to the front desk. She was very polite upon checkout, a different staff member. we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visited Savannah."
