"We had a smaller room on the main floor, which was fine as we were gone most of the day visiting Etoge and Champagne houses. Easy to access the area from the Chateau. The staff was great, professional and very accomodating. We had bought a baguette/cheese/meat for a relaxing evening meal and they provided a nice tray for us with plates, utensils, nuts and drinks that we ordered. "We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "

"Lovely place to stay. We had the private room and hot tub. The room had its own outside area which was brilliant. Morning breakfast in the breakfast room is self service with amazing fresh croissants. The grounds have many cats which are friendly and beautiful gardens. Unfortunately at the time of our stay there were big vehicles parked outside the residence, which made parking difficult. Parking was available 200m down the road. "

"It was a very pleasant experience to stay in La Part. The hotel manager was wonderful n she’s extremely nice to us. She did recommend quite a lot of good restaurants to us. "The food was excellent but do not recommend staying at the hotel. The showers and bathroom mirrors are only adequate for people under 4ft tall. The rooms need remodeling bad to accommodate people. Also, they are serious about locking you in the hotel and parking area at night which caused an issue during our stay of someone setting off alarms and honking in the middle of the night when arriving late."

"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. "It was perfectly positioned, within walking distance of the centre (through a beautiful park) and all the attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The receptionist gave us a street map on arrival and pointed out good areas for eating and where to avoid. The room itself was very well appointed, plenty of kitchen equipment and very comfortable bed. Being right in the centre meant there was a lot of traffic noise with the windows open, but all went quiet overnight. Highly recommend!"
