"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

We went for breakfast about 7:30 but it looked as if it had been well picked over and croissant and other things had not been refilled. The restaurant was closed and we were directed to an independent eatery across the car park. I had the worst steak ever and although I pointed out to the staff that it was very fatty,...
