"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."

As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had all the basics. I really felt at home during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. "
