Un personnel très attentionné dans un joli complex
Un séjour dans un complexe très bien entretenu. Le plus agréable fut sans aucun doute, l’accueil sympathique et attentionnée de l’ensemble de l’équipe. De petites touches d’attention tout au long de notre séjour, jusqu’à notre départ ou un petit petit sac avec bouteille d’eau et viennoiseries nous attendait pour faire la route! Bonjour, Les points positifs sont la propreté et l amabilité du personnel. Les points négatifs sont la piscine désertée car infestée de moustiques et une eau à moins de 21 dégrée alors qu elle devrait être chauffée. Dernier point, nous avions réservé la suite et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. J en ai fait part le soir même, il devait relancer le programme mais rien n a changé. Au prix de la suite, je trouve cela navrant. Le lendemain nous avons fait part de tous ces points mais aucun geste n a été effectué …
