At the end of the stay, the cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 60 euros. You can either bring your own linen or rent them for 12 euros per person. Regarding the bed linen you can also bring it or rent it at the rate of 20 euros per bed. Each bed is equipped with 2 pillows, a bolster, and a duvet. A deposit of 800 euros is required upon arrival.
The apartment has a garage located not far from it. It will park your vehicle. Air seats are located in front of the residence.
Smoking is not allowed inside (or in the loggia). Pets are allowed upon prior request.
Description of the surroundings
This apartment enjoys a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the region thanks to its excellent location. You can do everything on foot, 20 minutes on foot from the center of Sète, with this beautiful stroll along the Corniche, or 10 minutes by bicycle along the cycle path.
A bus line leaves from the station and stops 150m upstream from the apartment; all you have to do is let yourself go down towards the sea. This same bus serves the port and the city center.
All shops are 2 minutes away: The district known as "de la Corniche" borders the city beaches; effervescent in summer, it offers several kilometers of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, each beach offering its atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all daily needs. For amateurs, a casino is located 150m from the apartment. The neighborhood is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities.
The city of Sète is full of diverse and varied activities outside the beaches: Sea Theater, Paul Valéry Museum, International Museum of Modest Arts, annual games, canoe ride along the canals, hike to the top of Mont Saint - Clear (panoramic view), scuba diving, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, rollerblading, water skiing, golf, sailing and water sports... For lovers of iodized products, Sète is a fishing port and the fish is therefore very fresh. The oysters in the Thau lake also have an excellent reputation. Without forgetting the numerous neighboring villages which really deserve the detour!
