"Cottages had everything needed. The property is beautiful - lots of trees and flora. Our furry friends enjoyed exploring the property and the small area of shallow water. We enjoyed the paddleboat and family member enjoyed the kayak. Saw deer, chipmunks, eagles, etc. Very quiet and calming."

"The area is beautiful. Couldn’t get the heater to work properly. So it was a bit chilly. My husband did want to watch a little t.v. but the sound kept messing up. The screen door was broken and my husband was very concerned about the tape around all the outlets. He didn’t feel it was safe so we didn’t stay a second night. However, if you can get passed all that, it has a nice deck, the lake is just a few feet away and it’s just very pretty and peaceful."

"We had a wonderful weekend at Kinderhook and this cottage could not have been more perfect for our family of four. We had so much fun playing the board games that were there, enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and having coffee on the porch! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!"

"Well appointed house with a very comfortable king size bed. We cooked multiple meals, used the grill, and had everything we needed to do it all for two people. There are roosters next door but, the house is well insulated and you can’t hear them inside. Location is convenient to many places. "

"Overall our stay was great. There were small things that we noticed during our stay. The check-out instructions said to leave temperature at 70 buy only one unit had actual numerical readings on it. Maintaining a comfortable temperature was tricky. It was either really hot or a little chilly. The front door would not lock correctly unless it was pulled while locking. The oven door front kept falling off. We had to hold it in place while opening and shutting the door. There were game pieces found...
