The only issue I have with this hotel is how dangerous the one entrance is off the highway, it requires you to cross 3 lanes of highway traffic in an instant and can be very dangerous.

It was an amazing experience. The front desk staff were the most dedicated people. They assisted us with everything from language differences. They helped us get to our events easy and with direct routes. The front desk lady was the most amazing person to deal with. She was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shout out to Jacob at the Front desk. He was very nice and professional. He helped us check in and answered all questions as it was our first time in Laval. Very competent young man. All other staff were great. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Quatrz restaurant was very nice as well
