On the website it’s mentioned there is a sauna but it wasn’t accessible. Also the tvs in a 4 star hotel should have smart tvs in the rooms. TVs are not even smart and don’t come with YouTube Netflix etc.

My favorite place to stay in Montreal due to the location and views. Was recently updated and is quite nice. Every time I go there, the employees seem to be on strike. They've raised the prices since the reno which has forces me to find other places to stay.

Excellent staff and hotel, room comfortable and spacious. Location very good for Gay Village and Rue Saint Catherine, and directly opposite the subway. Only downside was the huge number of homeless and beggars on the streets in the immediate vicinity. I never felt afraid or threatened, but they do actively approach you for money.
