The only complaint be was that wr had to wait an hour to be served our breakfast. We had a neeting in the hotel by and went to breakfast early so we could enjoy it and ended up rushed with othet customers being served ahead if us even though we we had ordered first.

Front desk staff very professional and courteous. Great breakfast available. Unfortunately base on the two visits we did we concluded the the people who are doing the room are very lazy. Twice we ended with no towels in our rooms and once the room was not done when we came back in our room at 10:30pm bed was not done. Too bad because the rest of the hotel is nice and you fell good.

Friendly staff, helpful when we had questions. Comfy room, enjoyed the space. We did have to call someone as the bathtub was broken and didnt drain but they came right away to fix it.

Upon arrival myself and my business partner realized that both beds had not been cleaned and changed out. I went to the washroom upon arrival, when I came out my business partner mentioned all the hairs on his bed, I lift down my sheets to find a mess of male body hair and even woolies that had come from between the guys tied after removing his socks and crawling in bed. Normally, I am not one to complain but I quickly went downstairs to the desk and asked to be moved to a new room. The second room had clean beds but still had dry grass on the carpet near the wing chair. It think this hotel needs to improve the cleaning of its rooms, I will not be staying her at the next Tradeshow.
