New construction. Large 3 bedroom townhouse located in a new residential area of Mirabel. In summer, enjoy the small terrace with BBQ and air conditioning. It is located near Highway 50 and 45 minutes from Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Sauveur and 1h20 from Mont-Tremblant.

3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, 1 large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a King size bed, air conditioning, BBQ, 1 garage (parking for 1 car) and 2 outdoor parking lots (small cars one behind the other). The decorations and furniture are of very good quality.

Mirabel offers a most pleasant living environment thanks to its many green spaces. Mirabel stands out with its major events: Fête des neiges, Le Temps des sucres, organization exhibitions, the Courir à notre santé event, the Mirabel Local Market, the Vari-Été shows, Mirabel en fête, Mirabel celebrates the Quebec maple and an annual photo contest. Located in the district of the rue du Merlot. New street so the locator does not find it yet.

This is a great place to stay. There is a fantastic grocery store with a 6 minute walk with lots of great food. We were only 40 minute drive from a major underground station that led us into Montreal. The neighborhood was quiet even though parking was interesting. The only wish I had is
