I asked for a wakeup call as I had a very early flight, I did have a backup with my cell. there was never a call made. When I mentioned at the front desk she mentioned that they had been having issues...not sure why it was not mentioned to me when I requested it. otherwise everything was great! loved the Xmas decorations!
