Really great location with anything you could need with-in walking distance and conveniently close to a metro station. Amazing bakery right on the corner of building that has really good sour dough. Would stay here again.

The mattress was very comfortable! There were homeless people sleeping in the common area, though, amidst cans of alcohol. The storage room for luggage was unlocked and unable to be locked, so we needed to take our luggage with us. There is no secure parking anywhere nearby, so we parked downtown and Ubered up. The floor was unclean and smeared with some sort of residue that revealed your footprints. The ceiling of the apartment (210) had visible water damage and black stains. We would definitely not choose this property again.

There were homeless people sleeping in the lobby common area, the luggage storage room was unlocked and insecure, I didn’t get the room I booked, the floor of my apartment was unclean, and the room smelled of men’s cologne.

Perfect place to stay! No check-in hassle, quick and easy! Super clean. Very convenient location, didn’t quite understand why they took a deposit but we hope to get back! Otherwise, a nice place and clean.

My stay was good. The location was great. The building could use a little fitness area. A treadmill and a bike- pushing cart . In all unit provide mops specially in the winter with the snow and salt. An extra blanket in the winter.

I loved everything! Coffee table and kitchen surfaces should be cleaned a little better and disinfected. Only issue i had as a womannwith a lot of hair, your shower pressure wirh that showerhead is very poor. Suffices for body but not hair.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I liked that we were able to come and go as we pleased. Also having self-serve items there when we needed them (extra soap, towels, etc.) When the power went out one night - common for this older area, I contacted them through the app chat and they kept me informed while they looked into the problem. The Plateau area is wonderful with lots of eclectic local shops and restaurants. And with the Metro close by to travel around the city, we decided not to rent a car. This location was also close to family in the area, so I will definitely stay here again!

The location is great. The unit was nice and spacious. We stayed for a week so I appreciated having the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had a little trouble figuring out the heater. It would be nice to have an extra blanket or two as it got chilly. We only had to wash class in the unit and there were no extra in the concierge area so that meant washing them every day. The shower floor was also on somewhat of a slow, which meant it never fully drained, and there was always a little standing water. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend staying here.
