House in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, woods, in the heart of the department, in the white périgord, which facilitates access to various visits: caves, castles, parks and gardens, museums, lakes, rivers, amusement parks, numerous villages of character, markets, prehistoric sites.
The A89 freeway (Bordeaux/Brive axis) is 4km from my home, and the SNCF train station 5km away, as are all the shops. Your car will be sheltered from the sun in the garage.
The voie verte is 2km from the house, where you can walk, cycle, rollerblade or run.
The river is 1km away for canoeing and kayaking.
Several footpaths leave from the house, making it ideal for hiking.

Another remark:
I provide my guests with childcare equipment (high chair, cot, booster seat, stroller, baby walker, baby bath) on request, as well as children's outdoor games and toys (badbinton, ping-pong, basketball, sandboxes with sandpit, small swing, slide, scooters, tricycles, wheelchairs, pedal tractors, rickshaws, ball).

The swimming pool (not overlooked) is available from April 15 to October 15 and is not heated. 6-seater Jacuzzi available at an additional cost.

Cleaning is not included in the price, the traveler must return the property cleaned or an additional charge will be applied. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

I live on the same property in a cottage right next to the house, so I'm bound to bump into you when I'm watering the flowers or tending the outside area (pool and garden).

Eco-responsible house, please respect the off-peak hours for the washing machines and dishwashers from midnight to 8am and the photovoltaic system.
The washing machine can be used for stays of at least one week and only once a week.

To avoid overheating the house in hot weather, we recommend cooking in the garage, which overlooks the swimming pool.
