The plumbing works fine as long as you Do Not flush TP down the toilet. There are Many trees on the property and their roots have grown into the sewage lines. Brand New ADA Toilet Seat w/Powerful Flush.
Faux Marble Countertops with a Farm Style Sink and a garden colander (please place bowl underneath for water conservation and water herbs, tomatoes, chile peppers or apricot tree.)

Master Bedroom, Sealy Therapeutic Bed with remote control and SMART TV, Netflix and Basic TV channels.

Seasonal Bed Linens; Goose down comforters and washable duvet covers. Down, faux down and memory foam pillows.
Washable fleece & cotton blankets. Ralph Lauren 100% Cotton Sheets and other quality brands.

Guest Bedroom, Trundle Bed, 2 twins. Top trundle has a quality memory foam pad.

Back Patio; rocking chairs with comfortable cushions,(the clean cushions are stored in the guest bedroom and pillows in labeled black bins on back patio) patio dining table & gas grill. Summer; fresh herb garden, 2024 = chives and mint.

Privacy Fenced Backpatio & Backyard; Firepit with Screen, 3 Adirondack Style Chairs, 4 plastic armchair s. Firewood and Sand to Extinguish embers.

Please be COVID Conscious. Wash hands upon entry, No shoes in the AG House, bring your clean sleepers or house shoes.
There is a bottle of bleach solution spray next to the 2 entry doors.

Mandatory Check In Policy; Take a photo of the license plate (s) your vehicle And view of the property. Text to me upon arrival.
Arriving at dusk or night, please text the Model, Year, Color of Vehicle and the State & License Plate #.

Arriving via FBO, Atlantic Aviation MTJ, one may walk with your backpack or Sherpa style duffle bag to the AG House. It is a 15-20 minute walk.
Please request specific directions upon reservation.

Seasonal dnners available; please inquire. Cleansing Cuisine, SW French Fusion BBQ,'s and Colorado Cuisine. Toaster Oven or Oven to Table.
Travels from abroad, I may stock the fridge with a Greek Yogurt Prune Juice Shake that actually tastes good!
