"great location. sadly looking shabby in the bedrooms and corridors, but understandable with the continuous turnover of customers. Good facilities and the reception area is welcoming with a little shop and vending machines with items you may have forgotten or need at reasonable prices. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel."

"Amazing, no noise at all, so deliciously quiet: that was our favorite part. Very clean, right in front of the tramway, close to the subway, very convenient. Keeps its promises. My only complaint was a fire alarm in the morning (not the property fault, but a smoking customer). "Loved the property it was out of the city and took about 40 mins to an 1hr to get to any one of the tourists locations. Look kinda sketchy outside but its a very nice area. I was on the hiway side and with both windows close couldn't hear anything. Very diverse neighborhood. Staff were very patience with customers and could communicate in English ...highly recommend "

"Disappointed toiletries are no longer L’Occitane, hadn’t brought my own as previous stays they were. New range is dreadful. Bathrooms are tired and dated, all 3 rooms had bathrooms in need of renovation. Tea provisions inadequate for 2 people as not enough milk for 1 cup each "
