"This property is just as advertised. We found it very clean and quiet. The ocean and beach area were great. A little tweaking of furniture allowed for great views. The only downside is the loveseat is not comfortable. Hosts were responsive. No issues at all. Recommend brining shampoo and body soap and coffee."

"My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot. It was also very nice having a fenced backyard available for us. Highly recommend this charming cottage!"

"Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes. "Adorable cottage for a small group or couple. It’s in a nice location with access to a walking trail into town, and to a deep water dock on the river down some somewhat rickety stairs. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. Jon was easy to reach and quick to respond during our stay. He was a super nice guy, as well. We would stay here again, if we had the chance."

"The house and surrounding were very nice. Exactly as described and had some nice touches left by the management company- extra soap, laundry pods, doggie poop bags. The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty.
