loud construction everyday outside for 7 days but good other than that

We liked staying here the only issue was the renovations and the elevator. It took 5-10 minutes each time to get from our floor down to the ground level. Very hard when you have a toddler on hand

This property was rated too high for its condition. Broken elevator, public areas not clean or cared for. Front desk staff not knowledgeable about issues such as parking requirements. Room was well worn and not cared for properly.

Excellent hotel bang smack in the Melbourne CDB. Very modern hotel with excellent facilities.

All of the staff were excellent. We paid a pretty high number for our room with a balcony but it was very dated, the curtains didn't close all the way, the carpet was kind of dirty, it was just old and dated but everyone there was very nice. I didn't complain as we were staying just one night and then getting on a ship. Peter at the concierge was very helpful with letting us know there was an adapter in the room and getting us a couple more as we had traveled 15 hours on a plane to get there and we had to regroup and charge a few things. We did get the $35 breakfast credit as we ordered room service because jet lag was an issue at this point. Balcony was awesome. There were few cushions on the chairs but none on the chaise lounge or the couch. Like I said, the room was dated furniture was dated and worn that everyone there was very nice and helpful.
