Mooney Mooney Creek Holidays from AU$627

The area wasn't bad, public transportation all around and the art gallery and botanic gardens are just a short walk away. The front desk is open 9-5 and anything out of that there's no one on site to talk to. Ice had accumulated in my fridge and was then defrosting which caused it to leak onto the carpet. This caused a really unpleasant smell. I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms but they were full up so he asked me to just move the fridge into the hallway and they would take it away and made it sound like I inconvenienced him by asking him for help. No replacement fridge was available and the water on the carpet was there for multiple days as it was quite damp. Breakfast was alright nothing special, some yogurt and eggs/bacon/tomatoes and toasts. There was a few really wrinkly and dehydrated mandarins but those were promptly removed. Shaving outlet in room was also not working, used the room next to mine since it was checked out as was mine and it worked so thanks to the housekeeping staff that let me do that.

Friendly and accommodating staff, nothing is too hard. This is not my first time staying at the sage however loved it before, loved it now and I’m sure I’ll love it when I return. Well done Sage.

The hotel room was small but clean. I liked that it was not modern and had character. It was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very central and I would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place! Beautiful rooms, amazing body care products, beautiful staff and dining area and super clean and fresh. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back :)

Only problem we had was that we pre paid Expedia for the accommodation, then we were charged again from the apartment place, not once but twice, now we’re told it’ll take 3 weeks to get nearly $2k back cause they stuffed up!!! Not Happy, the apartment was nice though!
