"I was concerned on the mixed reviews, but our experience in an OWB was fantastic! (#409) The room was amazing, the pool was large, the breakfast buffet was good. All staff were friendly, location has restaurants close by. Aprox 15-20 minutes from the ferry terminal. Would come back here again"

"Everything was great, especially the staff. They helped us make dinner reservations, and recommendations on places to visit on the island. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was being able to snorkel off of the dock. We saw hundreds of kinds of fish and coral."

"Me and my wife stayed at the moorea hilton for a week. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, we loved it. Loved that our mini bar was complementary but it need more selection. We did a couples massage. Our over all experience was amazing. I would love to go back and visit some time in the future. "

"There was no dinner at the time, I missed the reason. And no tea or coffee making facilities in room I thought was standard now. It's at least a 5 or 10min walk to anywhere. I had had weather do didnt get to snorkel out front which looked awesome."

"We appreciated the natural setting and the steps to preserve nature and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching all of the beautiful fish and rays, wow! Loved the beautiful views and water access. We also loved the rustic but elegant vibe of the decor. Every piece looked carefully chosen and fit perfectly. The bed and linens were amazing and comfortable. The waterfront bungalow we stayed in was well equipped for us to make breakfast and snacks. So peaceful!!! A slice of paradise. "

"Positives: - spacious bedrooms - spacious kitchen for guest use - parking onsite - deck to sit out on Negatives: - very difficult to find. Need signage out front - photos of room during booking process a bit deceptive. Shows bathroom, leading one to think you room has a private one. It doesnt. - host not responsive pre-stay via Expedia; must WA him - host not engaging - host was to have lent me a bike so I could cycle back the 16km rom returning my rental car. I told him what time I needed to leave by, and asked if he could help load the bike into the car. Well he was a ''no-show' and instead was out shopping. Not reliable. At least he apologized. - there is no swimming beach at this location - nowhere comfortable outside to sit and enjoy the view. Only a picnic bench, which gets wets when raining - no amenities in area - description states kayaks and bikes available for loan, though he seemed a bit reluctant. Summary: okay stay, nice facilities. But I felt more like an inconvenience being there more thana valued guest. I think this really is more suited to surfers, not solo female travellers who may need a bit of guidance. "

"Perfect lagoon front hut with epic view and front row to the most amazing sunset. Clean. Restaurant on property and Italian next door. Next to the huge public park. Walking distance to groceries and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. I can't wait to return! "
