Beautiful Private Home with Stunning Views of Opunohu Bay

Nestled into a lush hillside, Fare Marama is a beautiful private home, offering magnificent views of Opunohu Bay and the surrounding mountain peaks of Moorea.

The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, and Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The home can accommodate 4 adults or a family of 4 very comfortably.
The main bathhouse has a large single shower, two sink vanity, and toilet.
A half bathroom was added to the home in 2016, and is located off of the master bedroom.

The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with satinless steel appliances and granite counters. The kitchen, dining and living areas are within a great room, which offers vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of Opunohu Bay.

A wrap around deck with a table & 4 chair set, 2 loungers, and a gas BBQ, are also available for your enjoyment. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy the incredible views from the home, while enjoying your favorite beverage or dining al fresco.
The private yard surrounding the home is mature, with a variety of island plants, fruit trees and flowers.

You will find ceiling and floor fans placed in all of the rooms, to catch the island's breezes.
Please note: The home IS NOT air conditioned.
A television with DVD player and a selection of movies (in English) are available in the living room, along with a few games.

The house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, and all bath towels, beach towels and linens are provided.

Wifi/Internet is also available at the home free of charge.
However, no telephone service is provided.

A unique feature of the home is that it offers both 110V and 220V outlets. Which makes it very convenient for our U.S. guests to charge their various electronic gadgets.

The closest beach is a short 5 minute drive from the house. This beach will give you access to swim in Opunohu Bay which the house overlooks.

Groceries and restaurants are a 10 minute drive from the home.
The home is quite secluded on a private mountainside, so a rental car is a must.

Pristine and Secluded
This property is amazing. You cannot beat the 360 degrees of picture perfect views. The mountains on one side and the bay on the other, of which you have a terrific view, accented with mature palm trees. Truly magical. On-site manager, Selma, geeted us with a warm welcome and fresh baked banana bread. Beautiful inside. No A/C, but fans were provided.

Amazing
I mean the place and the views are unbelievable, it was absolutely dreamy. Check in was easy, the woman who greeted us showed everything around and the dog was super friendly and did a good job patrolling the property :) Kitchen has everything you need, lots of north american plugs there. It is also very private, we never saw other people.

Great Stay with Amazing Views
This home was in a beautiful location and was very spacious. The check-in process was very easy as well. We went in the summer and it was hot but the fans made it manageable. The deck with the view of the bay was amazing, and our favorite part of the entire stay! I would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the north coast of Moorea!

Beautiful home
The views are the most spectacular on the island, close to food & any activities. Local public beach was great, a little sea weed on windy days but overall a fantastic experience. The owner was very attentive, as was Selma (the housekeeper) . 5 stars, can’t wait to come back.

Terrific stay, incredible views, wonderful host!
We loved every minute of our time here, great amenities, and Veia was not only a super responsive host who gave great suggestions of things to do but tremendously helpful when we had some flight delays. I cannot say enough about how amazing the views are, the property has great proximity to hikes over at belvedere and access to local beaches. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 2nd time staying here! We stayed for 3 weeks in Moorea and this place felt like home. We enjoyed the view of Opunohu bay everyday even it’s rainy day. We saw many rainbows over the bay during our stay. We will be back again.!!

Incredible view
The unique shape of house lends itself perfectly to appreciate the lush landscape and incredible views of Opunohu Bay. Fare Marama itself was clean and well maintained. The thoughtful welcome offering was much appreciated and the sweet resident dog made us feel at home.

Perfect House
Lovely, clean, well equipped house with beautiful deck views. The owners were always communicative and responsive. Found the location to be perfect. Moorea is really a paradise with wonderful locals, Polynesian and French. They say January is the off season due to it being the rainiest month, but I found that even with passing showers, a few deluge downpours, there was ample sun, and I was able to hike, snorkel, golf, and tan easily.

Honeymoon paradise
We stayed a week at this property , it is an absolutely breathtaking location and the house itself is unreal with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. We had everything we needed and the stars at night are magnificent!! This property is stunning and the views are unreal! Located in a convenient yet secluded location. Felt very safe. Very clean and great for US travelers (US electrical outlets). Hosts are great and give good recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay here!! Driveway to home is steep, so rent a car that you trust will be able to handle steeper roads.
