The front desk workers were very nice and quick. However, our room was quite worn with age and use. The bathroom sink was not cleaned, the shower drain was very slow and cluttered the bathroom, and there was no screen on the window.

Property was dirty in the parking lot, hallway to room smelled of vomit, electrical panels in halls we open and unlatched. We got to the facility and room wouldn’t open with keys. Multiple rooms were missing locks and there was a huge gap under the door out to hallway. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Lobby area was dirty and very outdated.

We had a great experience with this spot. No, not the most luxurious space to stay in, but the customer service was so fantastic that it didn’t even matter. They are there for you & to make your accommodations as comfortable as possible. They continue to improve the building as time goes on, so I know this will continue to build and grow to accommodate more customers down the road. Thank you!
