"The house was set back on the property which wasn’t what we thought but it is a 13 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the Channel Island Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Ventura Harbor Village. So much to do around the location. House was beautiful inside and accommodated our family. Fire pit wasn’t hooked up but we enjoyed the views from the top and the lights around it made it comfortable. Would recommend for sure!"

Been to a few where water pressure wasn't great, not enough towels or pillows. I am happy to say that there no issues here at all, in fact, thank you soo much for the extra towels provided, especially when returning from swimming pool! All in all, great stay! Staff was friendly and courteous. Would stay here again! "
