"Als wir ankamen, war der Kamin bereits an. Frau Knallig ist wunderbar und hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet, bestens ausgestattet und alles ist wie beschrieben. Wir hatten Anfang Oktober von Schnee bis Sonne alles dabei. Die Sauna haben wir auch ein paar mal genutzt. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt und die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten ist fair. Da wir in der Zwischensaison da waren, war nicht besonders viel los, aber das war genau das, was wir wollten. Und wenn man sich...

"Bereits zum dritten Mal waren wir zu Besuch und wie jedes Mal begeistert. Eine schöne gepflegte Wohnung in der man, direkt am Ossiacher See, entspannen kann. Der Blick aus fast jedem Zimmer auf den See und die Berge ist wunderschön. Der direkte Zugang zum See mit privatem Badesteg einzigartig."

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"Huisje was super maar het huisje ligt ergens in een dorpje bij Villach waar niks te doen is. Je hebt de auto overal voor nodig. Hond mag niet aan de Silbersee, maar er is een apart gedeelte voor honden waar hij wel aan het water mag. Als je van rust en luxe houdt is dit een geweldig huisje."

Was wir ein wenig unterschätzt haben ist die exponierte Lage auf 1500m Höhe. Mal eben Brötchen holen funktioniert nicht. Für einen Skiurlaub ist die Lage natürlich super. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"Hotel City is ideal for a short or extended stay in Villach. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A great breakfast is included in price. Location couldn’t be better-across square from railway station, beside bus terminal and convenient to centre of town which is only a few minutes stroll. Highly recommended "
