The property is well kept and maintained. However, the spa was not open the entire week we were there, they were always out of towels when at the beach, after a 25 hour trip our room was not ready until 7:30 p.m with no hot water to shower. Staff accommodated us with an upgrade, the next day, which we were happy with.
Overall, very nice property, not great service from restaurant and beach staff, and far from any touristy things. Hope this helps.

Paradise island is no joke. This is the most beautiful place on earth and the most incredible vacation. Everything was excellent. Shout out to the DJ at the pool who understood the assignment very well. The dining options were fantastic, the table games at the pool were fun, and the water park is the cherry on top. And I didn’t even mention the stunning beach. Will definitely be coming back!
