"Staff seemed to struggle to maintain breakfast service , coffee machine broken for too long a period, room had a hillock on window that had unbelievably been screwed locked!!!!!!!!just generally a hotel that offers much but could bo more. Tired looking and in need of some TLC."

"Was extremely amazed by the building beautifull inside well done out. Pool was very nice good sauna and steamroom. However i was disappointed with breakfast. I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited one table continental breakfast and a menue order for a cooked breakfast. Further disappointed by the size one extremely small sausage 2 bacon tiny tiny cup of baked beans with eg ect, not a cumbria breakfast i was hoping for. The room was beautiful cant pont any problems apart from been very load and was next to courtyard and could here staff through out the night. I would stay again however i will be expecting a small free breakfast and will be changing to another room."
