We've signed the contract to have a saltwater, heated pool with a spacious deck to be built during the Winter of 2023-24. As of 2/24 it is in the final stages of completion. The pool should be done by April, 2024.

Our home is filled with beautiful and recently updated furniture including new beds in every room! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items to make delicious meals for a large group. You'll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate.

You can enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from almost every room. As if that wasn't enough, we recently completed the paperwork to begin construction on an outdoor, heated saltwater pool (which will be completed by April 2024). We are offering discounted rates this winter due to the pool construction. Make sure to take advantage of this great deal!

With a 10 minutes drive to Atlantic Beach, 15 minute drive to Emerald Isle or Beaufort, there is plenty of places for shopping and groceries, and the nearby Pine Knoll Aquarium, you won't miss a beat.
