"Beautiful and quaint property by the historic centre of Morelia; walking distance to the main cathedral, square, and all the dining options. The atrium/lobby was spacious with a beautiful skylight, and the complimentary breakfast snack service (delicious coffee, fruit, and pastries) was a delight. The staff were so unbelievably kind and helpful!! They were very sweet, spoke very good English, and attended to all our needs, even providing cultural artisanal welcome and departure gifts and a list...

"It is indeed a great hotel. But it does need a profound renovation in all areas. The pool is unavailable and so the tennis court. Nobody made me aware of this before and during booking not to mention at check-in. The staff is great! I will think twice before coming back again. So sorry for this wondeful hotel. "
