All of the staff were extremely kind and professional, rooms were clean. Only issue is the air conditioner didn't get very cold, but otherwise, a great stay.

盛岡駅から、スーツケースでの移動だったが、西口から真っすぐ進み、途中階段もエスカレーターがあるので、ストレスなく着いた。ホテルは普通のビジネスホテルと感じだが、小ぎれいで十分満足。

室内に、アクリルでもなんでも良いのでグラスがあると良い。1階に設置の製氷機にある紙コップを使用することになるが、この紙コップが耐水性から見るとかなり弱い。 安価な宿泊費であるので、経費を抑えることを考えると仕方ないことかもしれないが、ユニゾ　イン→エクスプレスのランクのクォリティが下がりすぎな気がしました。
