The apartment require complete silent as I was notified by the management there are noise from our room dispite everyone have fallen asleep. "Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. The service and staff were amazing (all of them) but I would like to mention Kuradu and Yodashi for being helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank Onami who was so considerate and patient with us during our check out since we haven't received the Airporter reference number yet, she gladly kept our luggage and advised us to just give it to her any or any of the staff when we recieve it or call them for the number if we have already reached our next hotel for our luggage transfer. Good thing we got it 2 hours later, while we were eating after checkout. It was an amazing experience for us in this hotel, they provide free unlimited welcome drinks and nibbles (mostly sweets) daily, would be nice if they replenish them especially at night when all the crowds are back from sightseeing. You can also get toiletries if you need them from the lobby. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was also a great service as you don't have to worry about going by train early in the morning and late at night. We will stay in this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo Bay. Note: Washing machine is in the lobby, make sure you do your washing very early in the morning when there is less people or while they are sight seeing otherwise, you will have to compete with everyone that stays in that hotel as they only have 6 washers and 6 dryers. Thank you Oriental hotel, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return."

"Perfect hotel for Tokyo! The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Check-in was easy. The room was very small, but typical for Tokyo, and we got used to it. The shower and toilet were both very nice! Despite the size, it was easy to get comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent! It's a quick walk to Kinshicho Station, through which multiple useful lines run. The city is super accessible from there, and you get the added benefit of a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku. There are many amazing food options within walking distance, as well as a couple good malls and shopping areas. The breakfast is really great. There's a lot of variety every day, so you'll find something to eat easily. I also got to try some foods new to me as an American, which was really fun without having to have a large portion. The laundry room consists of two washers and two dryers for the entire hotel; it was full a couple of times but we managed to get our laundry done twice. There are plenty of hangers in the room as well, so we could hang dry our wet clothes when the dryers were full. The machines take 100 yen coins, so make sure to have some on hand. Overall, this is a really great place to stay in Tokyo, whether for a couple nights or for longer. It's a really good value. "

"Get a room facing the bay on a high floor and you will likely sit for hours staring out the huge window overlooking Tokyo with Mt. Fiji in the background! I've come to appreciate APA hotels for their affordability and cleanliness, this particular location is special. I would gladly pay double simply for the view, it was worth every penny and I will stay here again just for that!"
