I ended up paying a hell of a lot for a 2 night stay(totally not worth the room rate) my reasons for this are as follows, When i asked for evening food i was told they only have 1 dish on the menu. "Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. Gloss but lots of small issues

"Great reviews so booked at short notice, wish we hadn’t. The room was spacious but had a number of annoying or safety issues. First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. The breeze block step into the building was wobbly. The worst was the electric lead, plugged in, which then trailed across the corridor, and out the front door, twice we nearly went flying when we tripped over it"

"The property was good. The only disappointment was there was no extra towels not enough toilet paper or any kind of shampoo and I booked it it said it was about 7 minutes from Copenhagen but it was 50km about 42 minutes. And it said breakfast included there was no breakfast. And no room service if you stay for 2 days "

"Stunning setting for this castle on a moat. We were delighted with our large comfortable room in the castle up on the 2nd floor with a fabulous view across the grounds, gardens and moat. Dinner at the Michelin restaurant was beautifully presented and served, and breakfast was especially excellent and thoughtful.Staff were kind and helpful and always gracious. The gardens were delightful, even in the pouring rain. Wish we could have stayed longer."
